Along with the ability to engrave any image with stunning results, the laser is also capable of cutting various materials up to an inch thick (excluding metals, and dependent on material density). Replik offers you the chance to cut extremely intricate designs not possible with CNC machinery.

Die-cutting of shapes with a laser is done with precision that is impressive to say the least. Cleanly cut, with extremely detailed lines not possible on any other type of machinery will allow for the creation of pieces that are stand-alone or as inserts with other materials…whatever your creative mind can come up with! Differences in wood types create different results when cutting. For example, where one wood will turn a light brown with little residue, another wood can stain dark black with a lot of residue.
