The addition of large format printing to the Replik family opens the door to a new world of design possibilities! Our flat bed printer measures an impressive 120” x 60”, enabling wall panel printing. Our printer also permits us to print on various different materials previously reserved for vinyl and/or silk screening; glass, mirror, acrylic, ceramic, wood, steel. The results are something to be seen, and are absolutely stunning.

Printing on glass is a very interesting process compared with the traditional technique of placing an image on glass. Be it slightly transparent or completely opaque, Replik is able to offer different solutions to suit your needs.

Decorative print on leather and other textiles has been in high demand over the last few years. Leather’s one of a kind texutre and varied tans forms a strong bond with the inks. Our white ink gives a base layer that allows the other inks to show their true brilliance. Other textiles react in the same way, allowing you to create decorative accents for the home, displays, reception halls, etc. Any image can be produced to bring your ideas to life.

Wood is one of the most accessable construction and fabrication materials available, making it an excellent candidate for printing. The beauty of its grain, and the tone of the wood are factors to consider when printing. We are able to stain the wood, leaving the grain visible, or we can pre-treat it to make the colours really stand out. The organic, natural look of wood only enhances the beauty of our printing process.

Acrylic printing is much like glass printing, allowing you to play with light and giving a life and vivacity to the finished product not available with other materials. The flexibility of acrylic also permits you to create pieces that can mimic glass, but in custom shapes that when combined with the printing process will give you more freedom with your creative ideas. From signage to artistic masterpieces, printed acrylic offers numerous possibilities!

Our printing process is not limited to the above substraits; it is also possible to print on more flexible materials as well. Whether it is Foam Core, Coreplast, cardboard, Sintra, Dibond, etc., we can print on materials that can be manipluated as you desire for your design whether it be for signage, displays, or customer presentation pieces.
